Use of the service
By using Appond, you agree to use the service for lawful product and software work and not to abuse generation capacity, access controls, or billing systems.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity under that account. Unauthorized access should be reported as soon as it is discovered.
Billing and plan boundaries
Billing terms apply when paid plans are active. Until then, public pricing statements are limited to the currently shipped beta contract.
Ownership
You retain ownership of generated app source associated with your account and workspace. Appond retains ownership of the service, platform code, and generation systems.
